and I’ve lived through chronic pain myself.

Healing has peaks and valleys. But every low point is still further than where you first began.

I know what it’s like to feel scared of movement.
To worry that one wrong step will set you back again.

Despite being trained as a physiotherapist, I didn’t have the tools to fully understand what was happening at first.

For me, it was soccer.

I missed playing more than anything.
It felt like a part of me was gone.

And more than the pain — I missed feeling like myself.

Everything began to change when I understood the role of the nervous system.

Not by pushing harder.
But by learning to work with my body instead of against it.

Now I help others rebuild trust in their bodies and return to the life they love.
